International shipping
Gea silk ships world wide with registered mail or post, depending on weight and destination. You will see the shipping cost for your parcel in your shopping cart and before checking out.
Packaging
Our priority is to keep your products safe and fresh in storage and in transit, while trying to reduce packaging materials and plastics. There are a lot of choices to make and we adjust our packaging choices constantly to match our sustainability goals. Our packaging comes with a Thank you note and care instructions.
Returns
We hope you love your products just as much as we do, but you can return an item if you are not happy with it. What is our return policy?
All Customers may return clothing purchased online for a exchange or a refund. All returns require an authorization from Gea silk. Return authorization must be requested within 14 days of receiving goods (via contact form), and it can take up to 14 days for authorization assessment. Customers will receive a full refund for the price of the goods and taxes within 14 days, but shipping is non-refundable. Customer bears the costs of return shipping. Goods must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached, unwashed and unworn. Goods must have no trace of makeup, perfume, deodorant etc.
Personalized items and specially made orders cannot be returned. Gea silk will substitute or replace defective goods.
Responsibility for arrival
We do our best to ship your parcel as soon as possible. Usually this is between 1 and 3 working days. Once the parcel is accepted by the postal services we can no longer influence how fast it arrives. Sometimes a parcel gets delivered to a nearby postal unit, please check your tracking link/tracking number (sent by mail) regularly to make sure you can pick it up. Parcels that are shipped back to us because the owner failed to pick it up in time, will be refunded minus delivery fee.
